Privacy notice

This notice explains how MOSY Artificial Intelligence Joint Stock Company ("MOSY AI") handles personal data submitted through mosyai.com, in line with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15.

What we collect: the name, company, email, phone number and message you enter in the contact form, plus technical data needed to protect the form from abuse (IP address, browser type and a Cloudflare Turnstile token).

Why we use it: only to reply to your request and to follow up about the service you asked for. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to train AI models.

Where it is processed: messages are delivered by email to our team and kept in a secured store operated by Cloudflare for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights: you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@mosyai.com. We respond within the time limits set by law.

Cookies: this site sets one functional cookie to remember your language. It uses no advertising trackers.
